Functional Longevity Academy offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip licensed clinicians with the knowledge, skills, and systematic protocols to achieve mastery in functional and longevity medicine. The product includes video modules, resources, tools, and protocols, all accessible after purchase.

Payment Terms

The product fee is defined by the price displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Students may opt for any alternative payment plans (e.g., installment payments) offered on that checkout page. All payments are final and non-refundable after the 60-day refund window, subject to the consumption limit defined below.

Refund Policy (60-Day Complete Confidence Guarantee)

Students are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of purchase. If you dive into the course and find it's not the right fit for your practice, we'll gladly refund your investment.

We simply ask that you submit your request via email at [email protected] within 60 days of purchase, and you must have completed less than 50% of the course material. This protects the integrity of the full protocol and applies regardless of your perceived progress. After 60 days or if consumption exceeds 50%, no refunds will be provided.

Certification Requirements

No certification or credentialing is provided. The Functional Longevity Academy provides advanced clinical training for professionals who already hold or are pursuing credentials through accredited boards. Upon successful completion of all product modules, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from the Academy, acknowledging their training. Please refer to the specific course overview page at the time of purchase to confirm certificate eligibility.

Access to Product Materials

Upon purchase, students will receive lifetime access to all product materials, including tools and resources, to use in their professional clinical practice. Product materials are subject to updates and improvements, which will be accessible to students post-purchase.

Use of Tools and Resources

Students may use the tools and resources provided in the product for their own patient care, practice implementation, and client education. Redistribution or resale of product materials or course content to third parties is strictly prohibited. The content is for your individual, licensed professional use only.

Limitation of Liability

Functional Longevity Academy shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of business, income, or profits, arising from the use of this product or the materials provided therein. Functional Longevity Academy will not be responsible for the outcomes or success of students’ clients using the knowledge, tools, or methods derived from the product.

Limitation of Warranties

Functional Longevity Academy makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the product materials for any specific outcome. The product is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Students are responsible for applying the information appropriately within their professional licensing and scope of practice.

Indemnification

Students agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Functional Longevity Academy, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and staff (collectively, "The Company") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to actions taken by the student based on the information, protocols, or content provided in any purchased course, workshop, masterclass, workbook, or digital file. This indemnification applies to any violation of these Terms of Use or the associated Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where Functional Longevity Academy is headquartered. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
